2.职位: 基站物理层软件白箱测试工程师
职责:
基站物理层软件白箱测试工程师将与团队一起对TD-SCDMA物理层软件进行验证。白箱测试团队需要对基站软件结构、物理层算法和实现有深入理解,同时有高涨的热情来发现软件问题,协助开发工程是解决复杂问题。
1.)负责TD-SCDMA NodeB物理层软件白箱测试,包括测试策略分析、测试用例设计,测试环境搭建,测试执行和提交问题单。
2.)负责物理层软件的问题的分析与跟踪。
3.)负责物理层软件白箱测试相关测试工具的开发。
任职资格:
1.)至少对一种无线通信系统的物理层处理流程有深入了解
2.)具有通信产品集成测试经验,对测试流程有深入了解
3.)熟悉3GPP标准:TD-SCDMA, WCDMA或CDMA2000者优先
4.)擅长C语言编程者优先
5.)具有DSP的软件开发经验者优先

3.职位: 基站L2软件工程师
职责:
基站L2软件工程师将与团队一起开发基站中Mac-hs层软件。Mac-hs是TD-SCDMA网络实现HSDPA和HSUPA功能的重要功能部分。
1.)负责TD-SCDMA NodeB L2软件开发,包括需求分析、子系统设计、实现及验证。
2.)负责L2层软件的维护。
任职资格:
1.)精通C语言编程
2.)精通基于DSP的软件开发
3.)有Mac层软件开发经验者优先
4.)至少对一种无线通信系统的Mac层处理流程有深入了解
5.)具有软件产品开发经验,对开发流程有深入了解者优先

4.职位: 基站呼叫处理软件工程师
职责:
基站呼叫处理软件工程师将与团队一起开发基站中NBAP/呼叫处理层软件:
1)负责TD-SCDMA 基站呼叫处理软件开发,包括需求分析、子系统设计、实现及验证。
2)负责TD-SCDMA 基站呼叫处理软件的维护。
任职资格:
1)精通嵌入式系统中的C语言编程
2)有无线通信系统中NBAP(25.433)/呼叫处理层软件开发经验者优先
3)有通信系统中ATM传输层软件开发经验者优先
4)具有软件产品开发经验,对开发流程有深入了解者优先
5)熟悉3GPP标准:TD-SCDMA, WCDMA或CDMA2000者优先

5. RF Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Definition of the technical requirements for the Node B RF for the 3rd generation mobile radio standard TD-SCDMA
2. Analysis of new RF concepts
3. Analysis of market/customer requirements and turning them into technical requirements within the framework of the product definition processes
4. Definition of cost reduction measures for the RF
Requirements:
1. University degree in telecommunications or electrical engineering
2. Excellent know-how of requirements engineering
3. Good background know-how in GSM and UMTS Node B
4. Good knowledge of CDMA technologies
5. Very good skills in English orally and in writing
6. Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the RF development or RF systems engineering
7. Ability to work on own initiative, strategic thinking, high degree of analytical skills
6. HW Mechanical Design Engineer
Responsibility
TD SCDMA base station system indoor rack, subrack design.
TD SCDMA outdoor equipment design.
Release high quality documents/drawings
Organize mechanical design reviews and trace qualification activities
Organize Units test
Qualification
University degree mechanical design, Telecom or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical design of structural and housing parts in telecommunication field
Have the experience of outdoor equipment design.
Telecommunication field cabling design experience.
Good background of electromechanical design
Familiar with manufacture using the most common production processes: plastic injection molding, sheet metal stamping, die casting.
Pro/Engineer software is required; other packages are a plus
The knowledge of advanced structural, kinematics, thermal and mold flow analysis tools is a plus. Understanding of ESD design rules and principles is a plus
7.PCB Layout Engineer for TD-SCDMA NodeB-基站印刷电路板工程师
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. PCB physical layout, routing, and verification
2. SI simulations for high speed PCB
3. Define optimal layout solutions with hardware designer to improve product performance
4. Generate PCB and PCBA fabrication documents.
5. Generate BOM for PCB assembly.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
1. Bachelor or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
2. At lease 3 years experience in high speed and HDI PCB design. Experience in RF layout is preferred.
3. Skillful in using EDA tools. Mentor Board Station is preferred.
Knowledge:
1. Good knowledge of HDI PCB fabrication technology and SMT assembly processes.
2. Good knowledge of EMC, SI.
3. Good written, spoken and listening English.
4. Knowledge of electronic components
5. Knowledge of DFx

8. FPGA Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop FPGA production which is used to TD-SCDMA NodeB including BBP, RRU’s FPGA etc.
1. analyze the FPGA requirement, evaluate the resource and select the chip type in the design phase
2.finish design document, coding, simulation, P&R
3. finish onboard test and provide the support
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor or above in Electronic & Electrical engineering or equivalent
2. Good knowledge of wireless communication
3. Rich experience of FPGA development
4. Proficient at VHDL, ModelSim, matlab 4. Good knowledge of circuit fundament
5. Sound practical problem solving skills
9.Hardware Test Engineering
Job description:
1. Design and execute RF test-cases for TD-SCDMA Node B
2. Organize and develop HW RF testing environment on board level
3. Be responsible for DFT
4. Technical supporting for manufacturer on MFT
5. Be responsible for quality of Node B system RF performance
6. Support to go through test-cases for QE
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above is required, Master is preferred. Major in telecommunication or related field.
2. Good know how on HW RF testing (RF instrument experience is must ).
3. Background of RF circuit development.
4. Good skill of matlab, GPIB programming and C programming( Lab windows experience is preferred.).
5. Good knowledge of 3G wireless communication system (TD-SCDMA is preferred).
6. Good Knowledge of English on written and spoken.
